Newton Christmas Trail of Lights through downtown Newton is returning this year with a limited route due to time constraints but the participants did an outstanding job with their lights. Several years ago Newton County News published the trail of lights in which many citizens participated. The route with addresses was published in the paper for ease in driving the lighted route. This year, Newton Revitalization Group (NRG) will judge the competition. Please make every effort to drive the 2023 Newton Christmas Lights route. NRG will support this initiative so that 2024 will be even bigger and better going forward. Please support our local community engagement activities.
