UPDATE – Telephone Line Theft in Burkeville on February 2, 2024:
We were informed that the repairs to Windstream lines in Farrsville were completed Wednesday, February 7th, 2024. Windstream replaced 867 ft of cable wire that was stolen on February 2, 2024, and replaced the damaged pole. At this point, the cost of materials and labor to replace/repair the damage are estimated to be between $7-10k. This is an active investigation, and we are asking you to report any information that you feel may be associated or could be related to this incident.
