Hurricane Beryl is now officially a Category 5 hurricane and is now the earliest Category 5 hurricane recorded in the history of satellite tracking since the 1850s.
Beryl's long term track shows a steady weakening due to upper level shear. Though it is still too early to know for sure.
Hurricane Beryl is one to closely monitor.
