A cold front will arrive Wednesday Afternoon bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms to SE Texas.
After Wednesday's cold front, low temperatures Friday Morning could be in the upper 50s in the Lakes to the lower and middle 60s in the Triangle.
The front is due to an upper-level trough moving through SE Texas well ahead of Helene. The upper-level pattern will steer Helene well to the east of Texas.
