Certified birth certificates!!? Is this just another attempt to keep people from getting help? Glad I don't need help. I have never had a certified birth certificate. Never! Doubt that I could find my hospital copy. The US Army didn't care. What does it take to straighten this travesty out? We went through this with Rita in 05. Seems like we should have learned. Tell me what I am missing.
