Wednesday's wildfire danger across Southeast Texas will range between moderate and high per the Texas A&M Forest Service. Falling afternoon humidity behind the front and breezy northerly winds are the culprits.

A mild, windy night is in store fore Southeast Texas ahead of a cold front Wednesday morning. The front will bring a slight 20% coverage of showers mainly to the Triangle Wednesday morning followed by mostly sunny skies with highs near 80 during the afternoon.

Chilly mornings in the 40s and highs near 70 with abundant sunshine expected Thursday and Friday.

Saturday, warmer weather is expected under partly cloudy skies.

Scattered to possibly numerous showers and thunderstorms are forecast mainly Sunday afternoon and Sunday night due to an approaching cold front and upper level disturbance. There will be quite a bit of instability so, severe weather is possible at this point.

After the front pushes through, beautiful weather with a dry air mass and sun is forecast for next Tuesday.
