Carla brings an impressive 15 years of experience serving as an assistant to the esteemed former (outgoing) Justice of the Peace, Ms. Brenda Smith as well as Justice of the Peace Mike Greer. Over the years, Carla has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to fairness, integrity, and excellence in service. Her extensive knowledge of the role, dedication to the community, and compassionate approach make her the ideal choice to carry forward the important work of this office.
As we welcome Carla to her new position, we also take a moment to honor Ms. Brenda Smith, whose years of service as Justice of the Peace set a standard of excellence. Brenda’s wisdom, fairness, and tireless dedication left an indelible mark on Precinct 2 and the people she served. Her presence in the role will be deeply missed, but her legacy will undoubtedly guide Carla as she steps into this new chapter.
