7 Day Forecast

12News Meteorologist Patrick Vaughn

Dry weather is expected the rest of this week and the weekend however, a few showers are possible Wednesday the 30th – it won’t be a drought-buster.

More fog is possible Thursday Morning with chilly temperatures followed by a pleasantly warm, sunny afternoon.

Friday, an upper-level disturbance will move into SE Texas however, no rain is expected as the atmosphere is too dry but we’ll see partly cloudy skies.

The weekend will continue to feature cool mornings with warm, mostly sunny afternoons.

Monday and Tuesday, moisture in the atmosphere begins to increase with more favorable winds off the Gulf of Mexico.

Wednesday the 30th, a few showers finally return to the forecast with light amounts expected.

Burn bans continue as the rainfall deficit worsens. Moderate wildfire danger Thursday.
